IMPORTANT:  WHAT CAN NOT BE RETURNED?

Absolutely no returns on vacuum cleaners, electrical parts, such as switches, pumps, motors, etc. 

Important Disclaimer: Please note that all the motors, pumps and electrical components (switches, electrical hoses, relays, circuit boards etc) we ship are factory brand new parts. Therefore we do not accept return on these items. If you encounter a problem you should contact manufacturers warranty service centers...

We had to install this policy (and emphasize it as above) because in the past years several customers attempted to return their old, burned, used parts as wrong items. Others, without proper technical knowledge installed wrongly and burned and claimed that we shipped a defected parts. Few others used the part for a while and decided to return a used part with a claim that they received a defected part. Therefore we designed and implement above policy with no exception.

WHAT IF WE SHIPPED THE WRONG PART ?

    Please note that we spent our utmost and diligent efforts to

return is made because of an error we made we will immediately exchange it or we will give you 100% refund if requested. 

For these returns you MUST obtain RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

 Please send an e-mail to vacuums24x7@gmail.com to obtain an RA number.  

Please include your name, order number and reason why you are returning the part. 

 CANCELING AN ORDER:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, however it can be returned.  Please see our return policy for instructions on how to return an item or order.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

We have made every effort to display captions and pricing of our products that appear on the site as accurately as possible. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographic error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

REFUSED ORDERS
Any orders refused and returned to us are subject to restocking fee plus twice the amount of shipping cost.
